Prom Dresses Under £50

I have found some prom dresses under £50 that look like really lovely dresses. They certainly won’t look like you bought it for such an affordable price.

At the moment Prom seems like a distant plan. Many schools, colleges or uni’s may try to have their proms or summer balls if everything improves.

In the current climate, everyone’s finances will be a bit stretched. If proms or balls do go ahead, you may need to find a dress on a budget and I have some contenders for you.

Here are my prom dress finds –

You can never go wrong with a classic black number – which is my go-to for all events. Black dresses are just an absolute classic! Here I have 2 black options, a plain number and a lovely lace one. Either one of these would be flattering and I adore both of them.

Some great brands I found really affordable dresses on are ASOS, Little Mistress and Pretty Little Thing. I would recommend having a look through them for some more inspiration.

There are also some great nude dresses available too which have been incredibly popular. Otherwise there are also some bolder options if you want to make a real statement at Prom.

Don’t forget you’ll also need to get shoes and a bag and all the accessories you might want. Whilst saving money on the dress – this means you’ll have more money to be able to buy accessories without the whole outfit costing a fortune. But don’t forget you might already have the perfect accessories at home so don’t spend money necessarily.

When I began looking at budget prom dresses, I was surprised at how many prom dresses under £50 are available on the market.
